Dalmore Cigar Single Malt
Dalmore Cigar is a stout, no non-sense single malt that has very little subtleties or characteristics that might be noticed in some of the more expensive single malts. It is made to be drank with a cigar, so why beat around the bush with the little nuances? Dalmore Cigar is a heavy, thick, syrupy scotch, but certainly smooth and tasty enough to prefer over a housebrand or blended scotch. It definitely has some smokey peat and I even detected a little ripened banana with raisin. I thought this scotch finished rather abruptly, but that didn't bother me. Glengoyne 12-year single malt scotch is 100 proof worth of very fruity complex scotchy flavors.
